of Sale and Service
1. Purpose and scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between CEMO.ch SA / EasyLaser (hereinafter "EasyLaser"), based at Avenue des Toises 12, 1005 Lausanne, and the patient (hereinafter "patient") for ophthalmic laser surgery services provided at EasyLaser clinics in Switzerland.
Booking a diagnostic examination or procedure implies full acceptance of these terms.
2. Medical services
EasyLaser offers the following services:
- Free diagnostic examination (MS-39 topography, pachymetry, Peramis aberrometry)
- Trans-PRK SmartSurfACE procedure with AMARIS 1050RS laser
- PresbyMAX procedure with AMARIS 1050RS laser
- First-year post-operative check-ups included in the procedure price
Services are provided exclusively following candidacy assessment by the Medical Director, Dr Federico Mossa, FMH Ophthalmology and Ophthalmic Surgery.
3. Prices and payment
Prices indicated on the website are expressed in CHF and euros. Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. EasyLaser reserves the right to update prices without notice, except for quotes already issued and accepted in writing, valid for 1 year.
Assura policyholders automatically benefit from a 10% discount on all procedures, upon presentation of a valid insurance card.
4. Cancellation and waiver
The patient may cancel or reschedule the appointment free of charge, with prior notice. Cancellations made without notice may be subject to an administrative fee.
EasyLaser reserves the right to postpone or cancel a procedure if, following the diagnostic examination or clinical circumstances, the patient's candidacy is not confirmed or health risks have emerged.
5. Medical liability
EasyLaser delivers its services with the highest professional diligence, in compliance with the guidelines of the Swiss Society of Ophthalmology (SSO) and international standards. However, ophthalmic surgery carries inherent risks, adequately explained to the patient during the informed consent process.
EasyLaser is not liable for results that deviate from the pre-operative simulation if the patient has not followed post-operative instructions, or in the presence of unforeseeable individual biological factors.
6. Guarantee and re-treatment
EasyLaser offers a 5-year guarantee on the refractive result. In case of clinically significant regression, a re-treatment is provided at no additional cost, under the following conditions:
- The patient has adhered to the annual paid check-up plan
- The cornea has sufficient residual thickness for a safe re-treatment
- Re-treatment candidacy is confirmed by the Medical Director
Annual check-ups after the first year are payable according to the current tariff.
7. Data protection
Partner ophthalmologistsThe processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the Privacy Policy of EasyLaser, available on the website.
8. Jurisdiction and applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. In case of dispute, the competent court is the Tribunal of the Canton of Vaud, based in Lausanne, except for mandatory legal provisions.
9. Final provisions
EasyLaser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version is published on this page. Continued use of services after publication of amendments constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
