What the price
includes.

No surcharges. The price communicated at the diagnostic examination is final.

Free diagnostic examination — MS-39 topography, pachymetry, aberrometry, ForeSight simulation. No obligation.
Laser procedure — AMARIS 1050RS, topical anaesthesia, day surgery. Approximately 20 seconds per eye.
Therapeutic lens postoperative and eye drops. Removal at 4–5 days.
Postoperative check-ups at 1 week, 1, 3, 6 and 12 months. All included in the price.
5-year guarantee — re-treatment included if necessary, subject to annual check-up (at own cost).
Written quote — provided at the end of the diagnostic examination. Binding, no surprises.

Insurance

Health insurance and
supplementary cover.

Basic insurance (LAMal)

Refractive laser surgery is an elective procedure and is not covered by basic insurance (LAMal). This applies to all techniques: Trans-PRK, LASIK and SMILE.

Supplementary insurance

Some supplementary insurances (Helsana, CSS, Sanitas, Swica and others) provide a partial contribution in outpatient policies, typically from CHF 500 to CHF 2'000. Check with your insurer before the examination.

Assura agreement

Assura policyholders receive a 10% discount on all EasyLaser treatments. The discount can be combined with HeyLight instalment payment.

Documentation

EasyLaser provides all documentation required for the reimbursement claim to your supplementary insurer: diagnostic report, detailed quote and post-procedure invoice.
